Submit Orders
You may submit an order by uploading any of the fillable order forms (NOT the handwritten forms) and one or two STL scan files.
To submit an order, enter your company name and the patient name, select the filled-in order form, then select one or two STL scan files. After selecting the files, click the Submit button.
